Every day, I am inspired by women. Women in my community and communities beyond, cherished women in my family and friendships, the women I run with in the mornings, work alongside daily and clients and fellow businesswomen.
Like flowers, each woman is unique and holds her own story of life challenges and victories, good times and sad, and some stories include rebuilding lives in new countries with children in tow. And yet whatever the circumstances, I am always in awe of the common threads of grit, beauty, resilience and community woven into the fiber of womankind, past and present. In my life this "sisterhood of women" continuously teaches and provides strength, compassion, words of wisdom and good humour which support me through life's bumps and celebrations.
Tomorrow is International Women's Day and I would like to take this opportunity to applaud all the amazing women out there!
